The Owners
Elite Feet is owned by the husband and wife team of Jason and Joy Hunt. The Hunts live in Middletown and are very active in the MOT community. The Hunts have two adorable young boys, Jason II and Justin.
Jason is a life-long sales professional/entrepreneur who has flourished in the pharmaceutical sales industry for over thirteen years and also brings years of unparalleled experience in customer service. Jason is very active in the MOT community and was Head Coach of his oldest son’s Delaware Union soccer team for four seasons. Jason, a former collegiate track athlete, still enjoys working out and is a Black Belt in Sin Moo Hapkido, representing John Godwin’s Martial Arts Dojo in Middletown. Jason has also founded a non-profit community organization, ICONS Community Empowerment Initiative (501c3), and currently serves as its President, a position he has held for the past ten years. Jason is a founding member of the MOT-based fraternal organization, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Gamma Mu Nu Chapter. In the name of the aforementioned organizations, Jason headed up the inaugural Cuts for Kids which is an annual program that gives free haircuts to school aged children in the Middletown area before the start of the each new school year. This program became a featured community event for Elite Feet in the MOT Area.
Joy is a life-long resident of Delaware and was born and raised in Sussex County. She earned both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Delaware and is a proud Blue Hen. For the past thirteen years, Joy has worked successfully as a pharmaceutical sales representative in the areas of diabetes, metabolism, and oncology where she has developed a strong passion for patient care, self-management, and advocacy. Active herself, Joy runs and is a member of both the Middletown Athletic Club and Black Girls Run! Delaware. Joy is also an active community member and helped charter the Middletown (DE) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service organization.
